Within the Department of Enterprise Services (DES), the Capitol Security & Visitor Services (CSVS) division is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant 5**. **In this role, you will ensure smooth operations for the division by providing high-level and complex administrative support. You will work closely with management to ensure that the goals of the division and agency are being met.  

This fast-paced position requires the ability to anticipate needs through proactive engagement with staff and the ability to regularly and consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in all matters. You will need to approach situations with tact, professionalism, and confidentiality. This role requires the ability to organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, organize your own work, set priorities and meet critical time deadlines. For that reason, flexibility in adapting to changing work assignments is a must!
