March 2020

Dear John,

Like many of you, we’re keeping a close eye on the news, following health recommendations, and working from home. Given everything going on in the world, we thought the best thing we could do this week is send some river love your way. While an email certainly can’t give you the sense of peace that a river can, we hope this issue of the Current gives you something positive to think about.

As American Rivers President Bob Irvin recently wrote, “I’ve always loved our tagline, Rivers Connect Us. It describes our connection to the places and people we love, and our shared dependence on healthy rivers and clean water. Please take care of yourself, your family and your community. Let’s remember our shared connections and look forward to better days ahead.”
