TDI requests input and information on changes to the FAIR Plan

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) seeks comments on possible changes to the Fair Access to Insurance Requirements Plan (FAIR Plan). House Bill 998, 88th Legislature, 2023, authorizes the FAIR Plan to make property owners? association insurance available if the commissioner of insurance finds that there are underserved areas in a designated area.
