He was a commencement speaker in the School of Education at John Hopkins University and spoke at a White House convening for the Reach Higher Initiative. Christian overcame adversity in his personal life and faced challenges in school. Despite being diagnosed with severe learning disabilities, he defied the odds and achieved a master?s degree in social work. Drawing from his own experiences, Christian developed the WhyTry Program.
