We have some exciting news: Team Slotkin has officially moved into our new campaign headquarters! We have less than ten months until the election, and we are full speed ahead on growing our team and putting in the work to reach voters.
Now that we’re all moved in, we need some help decorating our space – which is where you come in. You see this wall below? Our plan is to fill it up with the names of all of our recurring donors: what we are calling “Slotkin Sustainers”. These are those small-dollar donors who help power our campaign by chipping in month after month with a recurring donation.
With ten months until Election Day, we will soon launch a robust field program, air TV ads, and begin talking to voters on digital ads. That means mapping out month after month what we need to raise – and spend – in order to be able to afford the critical investments we need to win.
Recurring contributions are especially helpful in that effort, because they help us predict our cash flow through Election Day – and decide when we can scale up our operation. Being able to count on a few dollars a month from a bunch of people helps us make the strategic decisions we need to win this race.
