State courts around the country are hearing cases to decide whether or not Trump should be disqualified from primary ballots for inciting an insurrection. The MAGA-ized Supreme Court is now set to take up the issue.

We don’t know for sure how the Supreme Court will rule, but we do know this is a Court that has been captured by far-right interests. Just look at the investigative reporting around right-wing billionaires’ gifts to Justices Thomas and Alito — which the justices failed to disclose — and the ever-present influence of court fixer Leonard Leo.

So where do we go from here?

Senator Whitehouse is working to clean up the mess at the Supreme Court so that all Americans — not just the rich and well-connected — get a fair shake when they have their day in court.
