Dear Patriot –
Some of my fellow House Republicans visited the Texas-Mexico border yesterday.
I didn't attend.
While I commend my colleagues for observing the Biden Border Crisis up close
if they haven't already seen it, the time for press conferences and photo ops
is over.
The American people are expecting action from us.
The border is a complete disaster. Every month the crisis has spiraled
further into chaos. The safety and well-being of every Texan and American is
threatened; indeed, this crisis shakes the foundation of our Constitutional
Republic.
The next step for House Republicans is clear: if the government refuses to
secure the border, we should refuse to fund the government.

WE NEED ACTIONS, NOT WORDS
<[link removed]>
There is no more fundamental responsibility of any government than to secure
its sovereign borders. If a government fails in its most basic role, how can
its citizens expect anything further?
We control the U.S. House of Representatives. It’s time to use our chamber’s
Constitutional budget authority to DEMAND the southern border is secured – it’s
time to fix this crisis.
This cannot go on. If Republicans fund this government, then Republicans own
the border crisis.
If we fund this, we own it.
Patriot – I make this stand for Texas and America. Will you stand with me?

I rely on your support to ensure Congress secures the border.
It’s up to Congress to fix this. Specifically, it’s up to us – the House
Republican Majority – to REQUIRE border security by REFUSING TO FUND the United
States Government until it’s done.
FUND THE BORDER OR CLOSE THE GOVERNMENT

Support our efforts here if you can.

We need all the support we can get.
