Happy New Year, Michigan Democrats!
I hope you are all inspired to get things done in 2024. Last year, we achieved so much - from safeguarding reproductive freedom to passing legislation that protects our environment – we made the lives of all Michiganders better. Let’s uplift our 2023 achievements and remain steadfast on making more progress in 2024.
Our great state has always been at the forefront of progress, and as members of the Michigan Democratic Party, we carry the responsibility to continue pushing for positive change. This upcoming year is pivotal and now more than ever the strength of our democracy depends on the dedication and involvement of every Democrat in Michigan. Civic engagement is the cornerstone of our democratic principles, and it is through our active participation that we can continue to spur lasting change.
I encourage every one of you to make a difference in 2024. Register folks to vote, encourage your friends and family to do the same, and ensure that every eligible voter exercises their right to participate in our democratic process. Volunteering for local campaigns, recruiting volunteers to join our local units, making phone calls, attending town hall meetings, and knocking on doors are all powerful ways to make a difference right in your own backyard.
As Michigan Democrats, let's continue to support our party’s efforts to uplift the lives of all Michiganders, regardless of background or circumstance. I am excited to work alongside you as we work together to make a difference. Together, let's make 2024 a year of action, unity, and progress.
