It’s plain that the threat hasn’t gone anywhere.
This is still so important to remember, John.
Three years ago today, the incredibly dangerous period after the 2020 election culminated in an attack on the Capitol at Donald Trump’s urging and people tragically lost their lives.
Everything we’ve learned about the attack from congressional investigations, and everything we’ve seen happen since, has made it plain that the threat to our democracy hasn’t gone anywhere. That’s why we’ve got to stay vigilant.
I’m in the Senate to fight for democracy + hold insurrectionists accountable. If you’re with me, can you chip in today?

On January 5, 2021 — the day before the attack on the Capitol — the PA GOP ejected me from the Senate chamber so they could unlawfully stop a state senator from being sworn in. The very next day, dozens of GOP members of the U.S. House and Senate tried to stop the certification of the 2020 presidential election.
And now, in 2024, I couldn’t take the attacks on our democracy more seriously — especially as the threats become even more vocal. No matter your political beliefs, everybody I know was horrified about the events of three years ago — as Americans. We *have* to come together to prevent chaos like that from happening again this election year.
The threat isn’t gone. I’ve proven I’ll stand up to insurrectionists + I’ll do it again. 💯
John, I promise you this: I’ll take on anyone who comes for our democracy. Help me continue that work in the Senate with a contribution today.
Thank you for your support.
John
