John, three years ago, Donald Trump incited a deadly insurrection. Today, he's tied in the polls with President Biden.

John, Trump knew that spreading conspiracies about voter fraud would undermine the strength of our democracy. But still, he urged his supporters to fight the certification of the election at every stage, even going so far as to threaten Georgia's secretary of state if he did not "find" more votes.

Then, he called on an armed crowd of his supporters to march to the Capitol where our lawmakers were voting to finally certify the election and uphold our democracy.

Trump holds direct responsibility for the deadly Jan. 6 insurrection.

In contrast, President Biden has fought tirelessly to protect our democracy and rebuild the strength of our elections. And just yesterday, he boldly condemned the insurrection and Trump's role in inciting this horrific attack on our democracy.
