My name is Matthew Diemer, and I’m officially running for Congress in Ohio’s 7th Congressional District.

I grew up right here in Ohio watching my parents struggle to make ends meet. I’ve always wanted to serve this community the best way I can and help everyone in the community thrive. Today, that means running for and winning a seat in Congress so that I can represent us accurately in D.C.

Three years ago today, far-right extremists stormed the United States Capitol building in an attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

Representative Max Miller helped plan that attack. January 6th, 2021 was one of the darkest days in American history, and Max Miller played a huge role in making that day happen.

I’m running for Congress because a man who helped plan a violent insurrection to overturn the results of a democratic election isn’t fit to represent us in the Capitol. We deserve better.

Ohio’s 7th deserves a Representative who truly cares about the peoples’ needs and wants instead of trying to turn citizens against each other.
