In uncertainty, always find things you can control. We can all play a role in preventing the spread of COVID19. Here are some of the best ways:
- Wash your hands often (for at least 20 seconds)
- Stay home if you’re sick and practice social distancing (if you are able - we understand that our country often leaves the most vulnerable behind.)Â
- Disinfect frequently touched objects & surfaces
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose & mouth
Together we can flatten the curve. Our country is counting on it.
As we walk into this next stage of life, all unaware and a little scared, we will come out stronger together.
