I want to be honest with you.

When I was younger, I didn’t plan on running for office — it wasn’t what I thought I’d be doing with my life. But growing up, my parents taught me to help people who needed it.

Today, I feel like I was put on this path for a reason.

This campaign for Senate isn’t about me. I’m in it for folks like you, because I know you deserve someone who’ll stand tall for you in Washington.

For too long, Marsha Blackburn and her far-right colleagues have done way more harm than good. They’ve protected guns — not our kids — because they’re bought and paid for by the NRA. They’ve betrayed us over and over.

I will fight back.

I will take on the NRA, special interest groups, and the far-right to defend Tennessee, but I can’t do it alone. Democratic Values let me know I could count on you, John.
