Dear John,

It's a new year, and I'm eager to hit the ground running for Southern Californians as Congress returns. I wanted to take a moment to make sure you saw my 2023 report and to share a little about my plans for 2024.

Read about all of this and more below, and make sure to follow my FacebookInstagram, and X to get updates from Washington, D.C. in real-time during 2024!

Welcoming a New Year

As we embark upon a new year, I have been grateful to reflect on how much we accomplished together in 2023. This is the greatest country in the world, and every day I am grateful to be living my own American Dream and empowering others to do the same. Unfortunately, the crises facing our country are making that Dream harder to reach for too many hardworking Americans. From the unmitigated flow of drugs and crime across our southern border, to rampant inflation forcing 2 in 3 Americans to live paycheck-to-paycheck, there is a lot of work to do to get this country back on track.

That is my focus every single day. I am working to secure the border, lower inflation, cut taxes, rein in reckless spending, defend our national security, and bring down health care costs. Here are a few highlights:

While this year has been busy with 26 bills introduced, 19 policies that passed the House, 1,367 constituents assisted through casework, over a million dollars returned to taxpayers, and over a thousand community events, our work has just begun.

I’m always working to serve you, and we’re just getting startedIn 2024, I’ll continue working to protect our students from foreign influence, combat the rise in crime, and lower costs for American families.
