Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) adopts nonsubstantive amendments to the Texas Administrative Code, Title 28, Chapter 4, relating to Life and Annuity. At TDI's request, the Texas Register moved the rules from their previous location in Chapter 3 to the new Chapter 4. The adopted amendments make nonsubstantive changes to update internal citations and reflect current agency drafting style and plain language preferences.
