My team and I are doing all we can to contact voters from San Diego to Siskiyou and talk about our priorities for California and the nation in the Senate.

But while we’re uplifting our positive vision for California, the GOP is coalescing behind my Republican opponent Steve Garvey — and recent polls show him neck and neck to advance through our primary to the general election in November. If that happens, I am the best candidate to beat him.

While Trump rallies his base to vote in massive numbers in California’s March 5 Super Tuesday presidential primary election, he’ll also be encouraging them to vote down the ballot — and if Garvey advances, we can expect national Republicans to get even more engaged.
