Hey there – we wanted to share some insight into where things currently stand with Elissa's campaign for Senate in Michigan.

Right now we're preparing our campaign's spending priorities in 2024. It’s quite a balancing act, and full of strategic choices, starting this month in January.

It's very important that we keep building our coalition all across the country. And that means investing in things like voter outreach, advertising, staffing, satellite offices, and campaign travel across the state.

As our team reviews our budget projections for the year ahead, we're thinking about all we'd be able to accomplish if we were able to have a big fundraising day today.

Because the truth is that donations made earlier on in the race allow us to make much more strategic spending decisions than money that comes later on: when and how will we hire more staff? When will our mailers hit people's inboxes? How many TV ads can we run – and when do we air them? Pretty much all of these decisions are made by early summer – months before lots of donors check in and finally decide to give.

So we were willing to bank on the fact that if we explained why early investments in our race are so critical, then you, the thoughtful citizen that you are, would chip in to help create more room in our campaign's budget so we have the resources required to win this race.

With that in mind, can you make a contribution to Elissa's campaign for U.S. Senate today? Every donation will help us make critical investments in this campaign.

If there’s one thing that sets us apart from everyone else in this race, it’s the fact that this campaign is powered by lots and lots of people contributing what they can over time.

All our best,

Team Slotkin
