Social distancing and self-quarantine during a turbulent time can make us feel helpless, but it's important to remember: we are never alone. Many people have asked how they can help vulnerable members of our community, so I'm passing along the information to make sure we can act together, as a community.

There are a lot of community organizations that are helping out in vital ways, delivering meals, doing grocery runs, and making wellness calls to the vulnerable members of our community. If you are in a position to do so, supporting local organizations is one of the best ways you can contribute to the strength and health of our neighborhoods.
