One-in-Five Mail-In Voters Admit to Committing at Least One Kind of Voter Fraud During 2020 Election
These survey questions show that voter fraud was widespread in the 2020 election, especially among those who cast mail-in ballots.
Heartland Institute/Rasmussen Reports Poll| 12-12-2023
A new poll by The Heartland Institute [ [link removed] ] and Rasmussen Reports found one-in-five voters who cast mail-in ballots during the 2020 presidential election admit to participating in at least one kind of voter fraud.
When asked, “During the 2020 election, did you fill out a ballot, in part or in full, on behalf of a friend or family member, such as a spouse or child?”, 21% of respondents who said they voted by mail answered “yes.” (Filling out a ballot for someone else is illegal in all states, although many states allow people to assist others with voting.)
Additionally, 17% of mail-in voters said they voted “in a state where you were no longer a permanent resident.” Seventeen percent of mail-in voters also admitted to signing a “ballot or ballot envelope on behalf of a friend or family member.” (Both voting in a state where you are no longer a permanent resident and forging a signature on a ballot or ballot envelope are fraudulent activities that invalidate votes, when caught by election officials.) [17% Cast 2 Additional Fraudulent Ballots!]
According to election data, more than 43 percent [ [link removed] ] of 2020 voters cast ballots by mail, the highest percentage in U.S. history.
65-70 million ballots were cast by mail in 2020. According to this poll, as many as 13.6-14.7 million ballots are now in question.
If 17% of fraudulent voters cast at least 2 additional fraudulent ballots, the number of ballots in question could exceed 36 million!
Further, 10% of all respondents — not just those who said they voted by mail — claimed that they know “a friend, family member, co-worker, or other acquaintance who has admitted … that he or she cast a mail-in ballot in 2020 in a state other than his or her state of permanent residence.”
Eight percent of all respondents said “a friend, family member, or organization, such as a political party” offered them “pay” or a “reward” for agreeing to vote in the 2020 election.
This equates to 5.2-5.6 million ballots that were bought!
Taken together, the results of these survey questions appear to show that voter fraud was widespread in the 2020 election, especially among those who cast mail-in ballots.
The poll of 1,085 likely voters was conducted from November 30 to December 6, 2023. Among those surveyed in the poll, 33% were Republicans, 36% were Democrats, and 31% were “other”; 32% were 18-39 years old, 46% were 40-64 years old, and 22% were 65 or older.
In 2020, we were told that “Conservatives Need to Get Behind Vote-By-Mail Options in 2020” by the US Federal Election Commission (FCC) Commissioner Ellen L. Weintraub (@EllenLWeintraub [ [link removed] ]) who has served as a commissioner on the FCC since 2002 and chaired it for the third time in 2019, claiming only 0.00006% of total mail-in ballots cast were fraudulent. The Brennen Center for Justice at New York University School of Law, cited extensively by legacy media, dropped a report on ‘Debunking the Voter Fraud Myth’ [ [link removed] ] after the 2020 election in response to some politicians' claims that 2020’s election was “rigged”, claiming mail-in voter fraud is rare with rates between 0.0003% and 0.0025%, based SOLELY on discovered fraud cases.  In 2007, The Brennen Center stated “KEY FACT: It is more likely that an American “will be struck by lightning than that he will impersonate another voter at the polls.” [ [link removed] ]
Legacy News across the board cites the Brennen Center for Justice reporting immediately following the 2020 election including AP News [ [link removed] ], PBS [ [link removed] ], CNN [ [link removed] ], and BBC [ [link removed] ].
Who is The Brennan Center for Justice? Founded in 1995 by the family and former law clerks of Supreme Court Justice William J. Brennen Jr. whom the Washington Post called “the progressive voice of the modern court" with the idea of a ‘living constitution’ figuring largely into the center's work.
Leftists entrenched in mass media, non-profits, law schools, and justice systems have been perpetuating a deceptive narrative for years, downplaying the true dangers of mail-in ballots. The stark revelation from this recent poll, coupled with known instances of fraud, exposes a sobering reality:
Mail-in ballot fraud is not the rarity they claim, but rather, it is nearly undetectable.
It doesn’t take a mathematician to understand that mail-in ballot fraud is the number one factor that delivered the victory to Biden in 2020.
Confronting the aftermath of widespread deception, we now grapple with holding those accountable for promoting lax mail-in voting policies and false claims of its security. Shockingly, over 20% of mail-in votes involve 1-2 additional fraudulent ballots, shedding light on 'overvotes' in critical battleground cities, where the numbers exceeded registered voters or even the total population.
The Left's pursuit of policies conveniently conducive to mail-in ballot fraud is too extensive to detail here, but upcoming posts will delve into these dubious connections.
Regardless of political affiliation, the temptation to exploit virtually undetectable cheating opportunities is clear. Our electoral system cannot rely on trust alone; it demands a secure framework to safeguard against fraud, without compromise. Period.
