RECYCLE YOUR CHRISTMAS TREES
Did you know the City of San Diego’s Christmas Tree Recycling Program takes your Christmas trees and recycles them into compost, mulch, and wood chips at the Miramar Greenery? You can participate by placing your tree (4 ft. & under) or wreath in your green bin recycling. D1 residents can also drop trees off at the Carmel Valley Recreation Center or Kate Sessions Park, now through January 23rd. Make sure to remove ornaments, lights, metal, and tree stands.
