Hi John,
Our New Year’s resolution is simple: Build progressive state power in 2024. And we know you’re with us because you opened this email! Thank you.
Fortunately, you don’t have to wait until election season heats up to get started. Here are three steps you can take right now:
1️⃣ Follow Sister District on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Threads. From learning about the most pressing policy issues facing our state legislatures to keeping up-to-date on some of the most competitive state legislative elections this year, we’ve got you covered!
2️⃣ Sign up to get volunteer opportunities. Spending your time and energy winning high impact state legislative elections is one of the best ways you can help build progressive state power. Be among the first to hear about writing postcards, texting, calling, and knocking on doors to elect progressives up and down the ballot in battleground states like Arizona, Wisconsin, and North Carolina by signing up today.
3️⃣ Make an early gift to support our work. Building progressive power happens year-round. Right now, our political team is already crunching numbers and looking for the chambers and specific seats where our help can make the most difference. At the same time, our organizing staff is preparing our volunteer teams, hiring Organizing Fellows, improving our infrastructure, and more! The work we do is powered by supporters like YOU. The more funding we have, the bigger we can make our plans, and the more elections we can win!
Happy 2024! We can’t thank you enough for being a part of this community, John — and we can’t wait to see all that we accomplish together this year.
