Rishi Sunak just bottled a spring election.

The unelected Prime Minister is hiding and telling the British public that we
must wait to make our voices heard in a general election this year — all so he
can squat in Number 10 for longer.

Rishi Sunak sees the writing on the wall. He is doing all he can to try and
cling onto power, delaying the Labour government Britain needs.

But here’s the thing: we know Rishi Sunak and the Tories are not to be trusted.
They’re leaving themselves as much wiggle room as possible.

There is no doubt that the Tories are trying to catch us off guard with our defences down. That's why we aren't taking him at face value - and we're still getting ready for May.

We must lay a winning foundation and be ready for anything. So we need you today
to help us send a powerful message and demand Rishi Sunak and his Tories face
the public:

Please contribute anything you can to Labour right now to make sure we are ready
the moment the election is called. Change is coming this year, but only if we
each do our part to make it happen.
