careers is lacking, but with your input, we can change that.

The Department of Energy (DOE) is seeking insights on how to better expand
its reach to underrepresented communities in STEM-related fields, with a
focus on clean energy jobs. But let’s be real — they can’t do this without
understanding what’s actually happening on the ground.
That’s where you come in: there's no one better to speak on the challenges
and needs of communities than the communities themselves. Your input is
invaluable — it’s the key to creating a well-informed response.
The deadline for public feedback is January 8th! Please take a few minutes
to answer two questions. Your responses will be used to create formal
recommendations for the DOE.
