States across the country are rushing to ban Donald Trump from the ballot for his crimes against our nation on January 6th, 2021.

And according to legal experts, Trump could be banned once and for all under the 14th Amendment:

“It's whether Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which bars from future office those officeholders who had pledged an oath to support the Constitution, but then engaged in insurrection…they would be disqualified from serving.” – Rick Hasen, an election law expert
