It's time for our third annual Labor Solidarity Winter Blast! Join us this Saturday, January 6 from 7:15-9:15 in Igloo B at Lock 3 for our fundraising raffle in support of the Emergency Workplace Organizing Committee (EWOC), to discuss organizing in your workplace, and participate in classic Akron Winter Blast activities. Family and friends are welcome!

If you can't make it out to see Akron DSA and Archie, you can donate directly to our chapter fundraiser for EWOC. EWOC has supported hundreds of new workplace organizing campaigns since it was co-founded by DSA and the United Electrical, Radio, and Machine Workers of America in 2020. Last year, EWOC assisted more workers than ever. Increased labor militancy, shown through strike actions and strong contract campaigns in 2023, has inspired even more workers to organize in 2024. Support workers in their fight for economic and social justice by donating to EWOC today!
