John,

Congress is back in session, and negotiations for the emergency supplemental funding bill continue. The White House made it clear before winter recess–they are open to accepting extremist anti-immigrant policies in the bill. We cannot let the Biden Administration dismantle the asylum system and eliminate our humanitarian policies in exchange for more funding for Ukraine!

Join us on the bus to DC this Tuesday, January 9th to rally and urge President Biden and Congress to #SaveAsylum and not cave in to extremist demands!

Sign Up for the Bus to DC! 🚌
This is an urgent matter: As more days go by, the Senate and President Biden get closer and closer to conceding to extremists demands that would gut our asylum system, mandate family separation, expand nationwide enforcement and send vulnerable community members back to danger.

If you are not able to join us, you can still make your voice heard by sending an email to President Biden and Senators Schumer and Gillibrand demanding they stand against this extremist agenda!
Email Pres. Biden and Senators!
Please share this with your friends, family, and colleagues–we must show Congress we stand united to support and embrace immigrants, NOT use them as political bargaining chips.

The time for action is now!
In power,

Murad Awawdeh
Executive Director
