Friend of Trust for Public Land,

Parks and green spaces play a crucial role in fostering healthy,
connected, and resilient communities. Yet one-third of
Americans-including 28 million children-lack access to a
park within a 10-minute walk of home.

This striking statistic underscores the urgency of passing the
Outdoors for All Act, legislation that will allocate funding to create
and enhance outdoor recreational opportunities, particularly in
historically disadvantaged urban communities and areas with limited
access to parks and nature.

Let your members of Congress know that you support the Outdoors for
All Act and its mission to create healthier, better connected, and
more resilient communities today!

The Outdoors for All Act will-for the first time-extend
program funding to Native American nations, Indigenous communities,
and smaller rural communities. This inclusive approach aims to make
hundreds more cities and towns eligible, helping to address gaps in
park access across the country.

Friend, thank you for your unwavering dedication to
increase access to the outdoors nationwide.

Yours in conservation,

Sincerely,

Alana Fink
