John,

Just hours ago, we filed a MAJOR reply brief at the U.S. Supreme Court.

We know the Supreme Court is treating this like a "capital case" – with the urgency of a capital punishment case. It's that serious and moving that fast. The Court could issue orders and agree to take our case as soon as TOMORROW.

Your right to vote for the candidate of your choice is on the line. It's what makes this a constitutional republic. If we lose our right to vote, we lose everything.

We already know that two states have banned President Trump from the ballot under a twisted reading of the 14th Amendment. Our case – on behalf of the Colorado GOP – is pending at the U.S. Supreme Court.

The group that brought the lawsuit and Colorado's far Left Secretary of State even agree with us that the Supreme Court must take this case and rule quickly. It's that unprecedented.

That means our next brief could be due in just days.

This case is so monumental – our most important ever at the Supreme Court – that a group of our donors has agreed to MATCH every online gift through our Supreme Court Victory Fund.

As we battle at the U.S. Supreme Court, have your Tax-Deductible gift DOUBLED today. $5 becomes $10; $20 becomes $40.

Defending our constitutional republic will take each and every one of you. Go to the Supreme Court with us TODAY.
