Donald Trump must never return to the White House. That’s why Our Revolution needs your help to STOP TRUMP from appearing on the ballot!
First, Colorado determined that Trump was ineligible to appear on their presidential ballot because of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which bars insurrectionists who had previously taken the oath of office from holding office. Then, yesterday, Maine’s Secretary of State disqualified Trump from appearing on the ballot using the same Constitutional power.
These are extraordinary developments in the fight to save democracy, but we need other states to take action. The more states that bar Trump from the ballot, the harder it will be for the right-wing Supreme Court to save him.

This is the work of saving democracy, and we can only do it with continued action from Our Revolution supporters.
Our Revolution led efforts to expel insurrectionists from Congress under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, and bar Trump from running in 2024. We held protests outside the offices of Republican members of Congress involved in January 6. We sent petitions to Secretaries of State to take the extraordinary action that Secretary Shenna Bellows took in Maine. Our Revolution staff even met with Bellows back in 2022 to discuss keeping Trump off the ballot.
We must keep up our work and show Secretaries of State across the country that they too must uphold the Constitution and bar Trump from the ballot. Section 3 of the 14th Amendment was written to ensure that anyone who has taken the oath of office could never again hold office if they engaged in insurrection. Trump’s attempts to overturn the 2020 election clearly disqualify him from running for President.
Before the extreme right-wing conservatives on the Supreme Court can rule on the question of Trump’s status on the ballot, we need your help to make sure as many states as possible invoke the Constitution to keep him off the ballot.
