John, when I was first sworn in as Governor of Pennsylvania, one of my top priorities was making sure our Commonwealth was a place where families could afford to live and thrive.

Now, almost one year later, Pennsylvania is showing the nation how it’s done:

We’re creating thousands of good-paying jobs for Pennsylvanians — and announced we axed the college degree requirement for 92% of state jobs.

Our unemployment rate is lower than the national average, and we’ve created workforce training programs that will empower individuals and small businesses across Pennsylvania.

I’m proud of the good-paying jobs and workforce programs we’ve delivered for our Commonwealth — and I’m not planning to stop fighting for Pennsylvania’s workers any time soon.
