John,

Last year, a Trump-appointed federal judge ordered the FDA to reverse its approval of mifepristone, a safe and essential abortion medication. Though the initial lawsuit was filed by an anti-choice extremist group in Texas, it threatened abortion access in all 50 states.

A couple weeks later, the Supreme Court issued a stay that has preserved access to mifepristone until it reaches a formal decision. Now, the conservative-packed Court is scheduled to hear oral arguments soon and issue a decision on mifepristone's FDA status in the summer of 2024 -- exactly two years after they issued their decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.

This is exactly what Republicans were hoping would happen when they packed the Supreme Court with justices who would further a dangerous anti-choice agenda. Millions of Americans' fundamental rights depend on the whims of a Court they did not elect and do not trust.

We're running a live poll to find out what this community thinks about the Court, and we want to hear from you, John. Make your voice heard by taking our short survey now >>
