John,

Things are moving incredibly fast at the Supreme Court in the biggest case we’ve ever faced.

Multiple states are stripping away your right to vote for the candidate of your choice and banning President Trump from the ballot. Now the other side in this case has JUST filed their response at the Supreme Court. We could file our reply as soon as today.

The Supreme Court could agree to take the case this week, and then our next brief will be due at a lightning-fast pace. I’ve been working with our legal teams all throughout the holidays and into this year – quite literally around the clock.

We will have utter electoral chaos if the Supreme Court doesn’t act quickly. Without the right to vote, we lose our constitutional republic.

That’s where you come in. Due to the enormity of this moment at the Supreme Court, a group of our donors has set up a Supreme Court Victory Fund – agreeing to match every online gift.

As we battle at the U.S. Supreme Court, have your Tax-Deductible gift DOUBLED today.

P.S. I want to say a very special thank you to our ACLJ Champions and supporters. You helped us close a major fundraising gap, and your support will help equip us for the challenges of 2024 – including this Supreme Court case – that we know will be immense. Thank you.
