Back to School Health Fair offers free services and screenings to local residents
Join our Child and Adolescent Health Center as we host our annual FREE ACCESS Back to School Health Fair on Friday, August 16th from 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. at our Medical Center located at 6450 Maple St, Dearborn, MI.
We will be providing free services on a first-come, first-serve basis to kids ages 5-18. Services include physicals, immunizations, dental cleanings and haircuts. Please be sure to bring all school physical forms and immunization records.
We have plenty of services in store for adults as well. Those services include diabetes, vision, hearing, and blood pressure testing and balance screenings.
Our indoor and outdoor health fair offers exciting family-friendly activities, such as arts, crafts, raffles, and free giveaways that include backpacks and school supplies. Food trucks and local vendors will also be present offering an array of tasty treats and useful products and services.
Among the vendors confirmed are: Henry Ford Hospital, Power House Gym, Healthy Dearborn, The American Red Cross, Mocha Sweets, Children’s Dental Care and Boostan Café.
