Today, we are releasing our "Contract with North Carolina." This will lay out Allen's extensive plan in his role as Lt. Governor. In it, he has taken many of the fourteen duties of the Lt. Governor and addressed them, made them personal.
Additionally, he has shared his desire to see a betterment for the State-- while standing against the radical left. We encourage you to take the time to read. No other Lt. Governor candidate has been this detailed in understanding the role of the Office.
