John,
You and I are living in the midst of an unspeakable tragedy. My heart is breaking.
The Internet is awash with horrendous pictures and videos of children being sexually abused, images created and distributed for others’ twisted pleasure.
This is not an isolated situation; nor is it static. This is an epidemic. And it is growing.
Please stand with us today by making an immediate contribution to help Shared Hope fight minor sex trafficking … and win.

For the sake of millions of children at risk, we’ve got to win.
A New York Times investigation reveals a staggering 18.4 million reports of online child sexual abuse imagery in a single year alone — an increase of 1,750% in just four years.
That’s not individual images — that’s imagery. Many of these incidents involve multiple images. The total number of individual images and videos exceeds 45 million.
As child sex trafficking in the U.S. increasingly moves onto the Internet, Shared Hope will fight — in the courts, in Congress, and in the media. Just as we fought Backpage.com, and fought to pass FOSTA-SESTA — a federal bill that ensured sex trafficking victims have access to justice through civil courts against websites that facilitated their exploitation — we will continue to stand and say “No more digital hiding places for child abusers!” But we need your help to do it.

Thank you for understanding the urgency of this situation and responding from a heart of concern and compassion for millions of children nationwide.
We’re living in chaotic times. People are distracted by, and worried about, coronavirus and economic instability. So your faithfulness and generosity are more important than ever — to make sure our critically important work is not diminished.
