Here’s what we’re up against right now: dozens of state legislatures are attacking trans, non-binary and gender non-conforming people with hateful legislation – using our lives as a political weapon. In our school boards, activists are using racism and transphobia to create chaos, devolving meetings into little more than verbal threats and even physical violence.
But Victory Institute has a plan to fight back. We are the only global organization dedicated to ensuring that LGBTQ+ leaders, activists and elected officials have the tools and resources they need to make huge changes in their communities - and win elected officia
Through our Candidate & Campaign Trainings, Leadership Summits, Victory Congressional Internship for LGBTQ+ youth, Victory Empowerment Fellowship for trans and LGBTQ+ leaders of color and our Global programming, we’re working every day to close the representation gap and stand up to these bigots.
