2024 Election Outlook: Many elections this year will be won by very narrow margins. The Washington Post ([link removed]) published an analysis about this. Every single vote will matter.

This year, we’ll work on connecting with voters who supported Donald Trump but now have concerns about the authoritarian schemes he and other MAGA elected officials have in store for us all if they win.

Conversations That Can Drive Pro-Democracy Votes: The personal connections each of us has with these voters can help heal the divide in our country. We can have empathetic dialogues with those who feel abandoned by Trump and other political leaders who deserted long-held GOP principles to seize power and threaten our freedom and rights.

Helpful message tips: Our new Conversation Guide is a tool you can use with the persuadable voters you know. Your individual outreach to them will make a critical difference in our work.

Networking Opportunity: On Wednesday, January 10, our partners at Field Team 6 will host a Volunteer Fair. You’ll learn about having critical conversations with voters through in-person voter contact, phone banks, text banks, postcards, and social storming.

This year, it isn’t big money advertising that will save our democracy. The narrow margin of victory will be delivered by all of us working together, and the individual conversations each of us has with voters across the country.
