Dear Treasured Democracy Defender,

Happy New Year to all of our treasured democracy defenders and to all of those you cherish. New Years’ Day is a traditional day of reflection and resolutions, so we thought we’d share some with you.

Our pro-democracy coalition’s full-on goal over the next 10 months is to grow the number of voters who are registered and to make sure all voters get to the polls to vote for pro-democracy candidates up and down the ballot. We don’t need to tell you that we are now in the most perilous election year of our lives.

Our CTA today: Add two New Years Resolutions to your list. This is easier than exercising daily, more fun than dieting and less annoying than putting away the holiday decorations.
* Sign up and attend two Actions from the Action Center during January @ action.jointheunion.us
* Look for opportunities to kindly converse with persuadable friends about the importance of voting pro-democracy this year.

That’s it. We hope that you’re so inspired after participating in Actions during January that you keep coming back for more.

The MAGAuthoritarians see how powerful our pro-democracy message is. They are trying to steal our message by lying about the meaning of democracy - just like the 2020 election. Their deceit just makes us work harder. We know that 2024 will be the busiest year yet for democracy defenders, but we won’t leave anything on the table. With all of us working together we can preserve our American Democracy.
