I need to make you aware of an important change going into effect tomorrow.

The Senate of Virginia has changed the default legislative email addresses for the upcoming 2024 Session. 

As a result of redistricting by the Supreme Court of Virginia in December 2021, 38 of the 40 Senate District Numbers changed making it very impractical to continue previous “District Accounts”.

ATTENTION:

Effective Tuesday, January 2, my new Senate of Virginia email will be [email protected]

The existing district account ([email protected]) will be functional until Wednesday, January 10th, when the newly elected Members of the General Assembly are sworn into office. After the old “District Accounts” are deactivated, anyone sending email to one of the deactivated accounts will receive an automated message alerting them to the recent changes. This email message will also contain a link to the “Who’s my Legislator” service so they can determine their appropriate representation. I have included a link below to that service as well.
