Happy new year! 

2024 promises to be a big, exciting year. This is a great time to resolve to recommit to the work of bringing out the best in ourselves and each other.

I know we’ve been asking you for donations quite a bit in the last few days, but the truth is, we fell a little short of our end-of-year fundraising goal. 

It’s too bad because we need to do a lot in 2024 — register and mobilize an unprecedented number of Black and Brown voters, ramp up our organizing for immigrant justice with FAITH FOR LIBERATION, and continue to hold sheriffs and other law enforcement officers accountable to our communities. 

We’re only a few hundred dollars short of our goal. It would help us out a lot if you could make a generous donation right now to ensure we’re ready for the work ahead. 

The strongest part of Faith in Action has always been this beloved community. Let’s continue to show up for ourselves and each other this new year as we work together for material and systemic change.

¡Feliz año nuevo! 

2024 promete ser un año grande y emocionante. Este es un momento excelente para resolver comprometernos de nuevo al trabajo de sacar lo mejor de nosotros y de unos a otros.

Yo sé que hemos estado pidiendo donaciones muchas veces en los últimos días, pero la verdad es que nos quedamos un poco cortos de nuestra meta de recaudación de fondos de fin de año. 

Es una lástima porque tenemos que hacer mucho en el 2024 – inscribir y movilizar un número sin precedente de votantes de color, intensificar nuestro trabajo organizador por la justicia de los inmigrantes con FE POR LA LIBERACION, y seguir pidiendo que rindan cuentas los alguaciles y otros agentes del orden público a nuestras comunidades. 

Estamos sólo unos pocos cientos de dólares cortos de nuestra meta.  Ayudaría mucho si pudiera hacer una donación generosa en este momento para asegurar de que estemos listos para el trabajo que tenemos por delante. 

La parte más fuerte de Fe en Acción siempre ha sido esta comunidad querida. Sigamos presentándonos por nosotros mismos y unos por otros este año nuevo mientras trabajamos juntos por lograr el cambio material y sistemático.
