First, the bad news: VoteRiders set a goal to raise $200,000 in December to ensure our voter ID outreach and assistance work started strong in 2024. As of midnight last night, we fell a little more than $6,000 short of that goal.

Now, the good news: I just got off the phone with our matching donor, and they’ve agreed to EXTEND the QUADRUPLE match for all donations another 24 hours or until we raise $6,000 — whichever comes first.

• $35 = $140! Provide four voters with a ride to the DMV or other ID-issuing government office.
• $50 = $200! Fund the cost of securing up to four vital documents (such as birth certificates) for voters to obtain their IDs.
• $500 = $2,000! Cover the cost of four virtual phone banks or text banks to follow up with voters who are at risk of not having a valid ID to vote.
• $1,000 = $4,000! Sponsor four Voter ID Clinics programs in states with strict voter ID laws.
