But our work is far from over.
So much is at stake in the 2024 elections, and new legislative maps could create far more competitive races than we’ve seen in more than a decade. But fossil fuel companies, anti-democracy decision makers and powerful, polluting special interests will only be fighting harder to unseat our climate champions and unleash their destructive politics and policy on our communities.
We can win a carbon-free Wisconsin with grassroots power and an energized base of conservation voters – but we need your support.
Even with new maps, we’re preparing for an intense, competitive election in November that will decide the direction of our state and federal politics – and our environment – for years to come.
Conservation voters must head into the coming year ready to keep pushing for strong, decisive climate action – and to ensure our transition to clean energy is just and equitable, and the people suffering most from the effects of climate change feel the benefits of our work.
We urgently need your support to help elect and protect pro-conservation candidates and build momentum on climate at the federal and local levels.
