John — Yesterday, we recapped some of the worst moments of the year from Arizona Republicans (ICYMI: there were a lot.)

Today, we’re highlighting some of this year’s best moments made possible by your grassroots support and Katie’s dedication to making Arizona a better place for all.

• After Arizona Republicans introduced a staggering amount of out-of-touch, dangerous bills — including bills to criminalize abortion and ban books in classrooms — Katie set an all-time veto record stopping these bills from becoming law.


• Katie made history by being the first governor to ever fly a LGBTQ+ pride flag from the executive tower during Pride Month.


• In May, Katie signed a bipartisan state budget that made massive investments to construct affordable housing, build roads and bridges, improve public transit, and expand children's health insurance.


• All year long, Katie took action to protect and restore reproductive freedom — including preventing the criminalization of abortion, expanding contraception access statewide, and proudly adding her name to the petition to get abortion rights on the ballot next year.

That’s only scraping the surface, but we don’t want to take up too much of your time! Truly, our work is only just beginning.
