Elise’s Statement on the Unconstitutional Attempt to Remove President Trump
from the Maine Ballot


Another day and another desperate attempt by corrupt Democrats to interfere in
the election on behalf of Joe Biden. This time, some no-name leftist Secretary
of State thinks she has the power to unilaterally remove President Trump from
the ballot. On this, Elise released the following statement:


“Another day, another illegal and corrupt act by the desperate radical
Democrats weaponizing government against President Trump, Joe Biden’s top
political opponent. The Far Left Democrat Maine Secretary of State just
unilaterally removed President Trump off the ballot. This is election
interference, voter suppression, and a blatant attack on democracy. The Supreme
Court must overturn this unprecedented and unconstitutional action now.”


Elise Slams Kathy Hochul’s Shameful Power Grab Nationalizing New York’s Local
Elections


Last Friday night, it was reported that corrupt Kathy Hochul signed another
radical Far Left bill to change Upstate New York elections from odd years to
even years, nationalizing local elections and only for certain Upstate New York
races, not all of them.


"On the Friday before Christmas, our corrupt Governor Kathy Hochul signed a
radical Far Left bill to change longstanding election law to nationalize our
local elections. As if trying to gerrymander the state and federal lines
illegally wasn't enough, now the corrupt Albany Democrats and Kathy Hochul have
destroyed our local Upstate New York elections by nationalizing them. It is
clear they will stop at nothing to rig elections in their favor; New Yorkers of
all parties oppose this blatant power grab, and trying to hide it during
Christmas weekend is disgraceful. In 2024, Republicans will crush New York
Democrats at the ballot box and put a stop to Albany Democrats' radical
Socialist agenda."

Albany Supreme Court Dismisses Request to Halt Unconstitutional Implementation
of Illegal Unregulated Mass Mail-in Ballots


On Thursday, Elise put corrupt New York Democrats on blast following the
Albany Supreme Court's decision to dismiss the request to halt the
implementation of their unconstitutional, illegal, and unregulated mass mail-in
ballot scheme. Remember, Elise, the NYGOP and NY Conservative Party coalition
are suing Kathy Hochul for her unconstitutional schemes.


"The decision to dismiss our request for an injunction to halt the
implementation of mass unregulated mail-in early voting is just another example
of New York’s lawless and rampant corruption. The New York Constitution is very
clear, if you would like to request an absentee ballot, there is a safe and
legal process; unregulated mass mail-in ballots are illegal. Hardworking
families in New York State deserve fair and legal elections. It is shameful
that we argued for a fair and legal election on October 13th only to get a
ruling at 11pm on December 26th. If Democrats can't win through a legal
election, they cheat and that has never been more clear than right here in New
York."

10th Mountain Division Servicemembers, our veterans across Upstate New York and
the North Country, and our military families. Thank you for your service and
sacrifice.


To our farmers and small businesses who are the engine of our local economy,
thank you for your hard work!


While we all have so much to be thankful for this Christmas, I am incredibly
grateful for the honor of serving you in Congress, working to bring the
concerns of Upstate New York and the North Country to the highest levels.
