• We’re building on the momentum that developed around the International Summit on Human Genome Editing. Check out Genetic Justice from Start to Summit and the rest of our “Missing Voices” webinars.

• We’ll be releasing Social Justice and Human Rights Principles for Global Deliberations on Heritable Genome Editing to bring a feminist, anti-eugenic lens to policy making and public engagement. The Principles were developed by our Gender Justice and Disability Rights Coalition, which will next draft model policies that prohibit heritable genome editing.

• We’re working with colleagues from the Othering & Belonging Institute on an exciting essays-and-events series that explores and contests the reemergence of eugenic ideas in the life sciences, human biotechnology, public health, and medicine.
