A snapshot of impact in 2023 🗓️:
* We had a goal of getting our Women’s Bill of Rights into law in at least two of three states. Unsurprisingly, our team overperformed: it’s now law in four states. And we are gearing up to do the same in 2024. With your help we’ll get it into law in at least another 4 states.

* We testified 18 times in front of Congress and over 40 times before state legislatures, and on many, many topics: energy, education, national security, healthcare price transparency, ESG, women’s sports, child care, and small business and entrepreneurship for women.

* Independent Women’s Law Center (IWLC) fought for individual freedom — in the courts, before administrative agencies and legislative bodies, and in the court of public opinion. IWLC proved to be a vital need for women in 2023: Leading sorority litigation, ensuring constitutional freedoms, and fighting to protect female sports.

* Independent Women Ambassadors have blanketed the news making massive impact on policy decisions and the national narrative. They stood up for women’s sports and sorority sisterhood and their right to single-sex spaces and equal opportunity – creating a real movement.

* We released countless documentaries and feature stories of those escaping gender ideology. Encouraged and then given training and a voice to de-transitioners, providing them the platform to speak out authentically about their experience. We've supported them through the process of filing separate lawsuits against their healthcare professionals for medical malpractice.

* Our grassroots arm, Independent Women’s Network, grew in size and impact in 2023. We now have 27 physical chapters across 22 states — with at least three more already scheduled to launch in January 2024. Along with over 32,000 virtual grassroots members, IWN is taking action – testifying in state legislatures, launching regulatory comment and advocacy campaigns and organizing rallies to drive change.

* Our persuasive messages got amplification through 530 national tv hits and appearances, 650 published op-eds, 21 secured exclusives, and over 8,700 media mentions. And that doesn’t even get into the constant radio, podcast, and social media appearances and coverage. We aren’t just talking on TV, we are shaping what people are talking about.

* Some of our most important work was what you didn’t see — yet! Doing the research on what issues really matter to critical swing audiences, we used this knowledge to create our Hope Agenda, which offers solutions on those issues and will fill critical strategic gaps in 2024.
