What a year it has been. It’s hard to believe that I was only elected as Chair of the Colorado Democratic Party earlier this year! They do say time flies when you’re having fun and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to support our Party in this challenging role.
Our end-of-year deadline is in just a few hours, so if you want to cut right to the chase, will you chip in whatever you can right now so we can keep our fundraising on track? [[link removed]]
When I became Chair of our Party, I set out four core priorities for CDP:
- We must protect and grow our legislative majorities
- It’s time to end the era of Republican majorities in local offices
- We’ll strengthen our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- We will support candidates and county parties across the state while building a more accessible party
As our team let you know earlier this week, we’ve made some tangible progress towards these goals, but we have so much more to do.
In 2024, we are going to defeat Lauren Boebert, re-elect Joe Biden and Yadira Caraveo, and break up Republican majorities in local offices all across the state.
