In just a few hours, 2023 will come to a close. The confetti and glitter will fly. And tomorrow, we’ll enter the most important year for our democracy and our movement.

But before that, we want to count down our movement’s Top 3 Highlights from 2023:

3) When the #TennesseeThree were expelled from the state legislature for supporting stricter gun laws, our movement showed up and showed out… in Tennessee and sister marches and walkouts across the country. And four months later, they won re-election and walked right back into the state House.

2) We won MAJOR legislative victories in California, Colorado, Michigan, and Washington State that will curb gun violence and save lives!

1) In September, President Biden introduced the first-ever Office of Gun Violence Prevention, thanks to your advocacy.

There’s still a long road ahead to secure the gun violence-free future we deserve and demand. And there’s a lot of work that needs to be done.
