A lot is going to change after tonight. In just a matter of hours, we’ll close the books on 2023, begin compiling our public fundraising report for the FEC, and enter the election year.

There’s no way around it: Once the FEC makes our numbers public, ANY sign of vulnerability could invite a right-wing opponent backed by tens of millions of dollars to enter this race. 

So if we fall short of our goal and submit a weak fundraising report, right-wing opponents could launch their campaigns, and the attacks will start rolling in.
