This month, Claire Vlases accepted the Earth Award from TIME on behalf of the 16 youth plaintiffs in Held v. State of Montana.

We join with Claire and young people everywhere demanding climate justice. We will not stop until we secure it for every child, everywhere.

cases representing 39 children and youth standing up to the United States government.

more state cases moving forward to climate justice.
